How to Care for 100% Mulberry Silk Scarves

Real silk lasts decades with the right care. Follow these steps to keep your mulberry silk scarf looking new.

Washing

• Hand wash in cold water (max 30C / 86F) with a silk-safe detergent.
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
• Never wring – gently press water out.

Drying

Roll the scarf in a clean towel to remove excess water, then lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Never tumble dry.

Ironing

Iron on the lowest setting while the fabric is slightly damp, on the reverse side. A steam setting works best.

Storage

Store flat or loosely rolled. Avoid wire hangers and tight folds that crease the silk.
